lifecycle.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft infrastructure technologies.\nBuild, present, and clearly articulate technical solutions that address customer business and technical requirements.\nCollaborate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.\nLead, mentor, and support junior engineers by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and promoting professional growth.\nDrive knowledge-sharing initiatives and encourage the adoption of best practices across the team.\nIdentify technical risks and challenges proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.\nCommunicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance service offerings.\nMaintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience\nMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing enterprise IT environment.\nProven experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects and supporting enterprise customers.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with:\nActive Directory\nMicrosoft Exchange Server\nHyper-V\nWindows Server\nMicrosoft SQL Server\nMicrosoft System Center Products\nMicrosoft Azure\nMicrosoft Entra ID\nMicrosoft 365\nMicrosoft Defender\nMicrosoft Intune\nMicrosoft Purview\nRequired Competencies\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to
