This person leads live cohorts, owns and continuously improves the curriculum, and helps scale the program through specialized cohorts and async learning content.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead and facilitate live cohorts, holding a room of senior marketers and adapting in real time. \nOwn the end-to-end curriculum: design, build, and iterate instructor-led, self-paced, and blended learning content. \nBuild and expand async learning content and resources. \nDesign and run specialized/vertical cohorts as the program scales. \nEvaluate and coach partner instructors to ensure consistent quality and messaging. \nApply learning science (spacing, retrieval, active practice) to improve cohort completion and retention. \nPartner cross-functionally across the Markademy team to deliver cohorts smoothly. \nKnowledge and Experience\nDemonstrated experience designing and building curriculum for adult/professional learners (instructor-led, self-paced, or blended). \nLive facilitation/teaching experience with professional audiences; ability to hold and engage a room of senior marketers. \nAt least 2 years teaching AI. \nHands-on depth in AI/agent-building with a real point of view on AI in learning. \nWorking knowledge of, or strong interest in, marketing use cases. \nExperience coaching or evaluating other instructors preferred. \nEducation - Legacy Section\nBachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.\nCompetencies - Legacy Section\nDelivering High Quality Work\nPrioritizing and Organizing Work\nDriving Projects to Completion\nManaging Meetings\nOptimizely is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
