This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is passionate about translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions - and who wants to build deep expertise in one of the most strategically important areas of our technology stack.\nYou will work closely with our Sales Operations, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams to support end-to-end business processes across quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition - playing a key role in both our day-to-day BAU delivery and our ambitious Q2R (Quote-to-Revenue) programme.\nJob Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements\nElicit, document, and translate business requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations into clear, well-structured user stories with defined acceptance criteria \nConduct gap analysis between current-state processes and desired future-state outcomes, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement \nFacilitate requirements workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documents \nSalesforce Revenue Cloud & Order-to-Cash\nSupport the configuration, testing, and delivery of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA/RCB) solutions including product catalog setup, quoting workflows, contract lifecycle management, billing schedules, and invoice generation \nAnalyse and document the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process - from opportunity creation through quote, contract, order, invoice, and revenue recognition - identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities \nWork closely with developers and implementation partners to ensure solutions are built to specification and aligned with business requirements \nSupport integration testing between Salesforce and downstream systems including NetSuite, Avalara, and other revenue operations tools \nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDevelop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts from user stories and process documentation \nExecute functional and regression testing across Salesforce Revenue Cloud and connected systems \nParticipate in UAT sessions - coordinating with business users, logging defects in Jira, and tracking resolution through to sign-off \nIdentify and document defects clearly with reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and business impact \nStakeholder Management & Collaboration\nBuild strong working relationships with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation partners across the US, UK, and Vietnam \nCommunicate requirements, progress, and risks clearly and proactively - both in written documentation and verbal updates \nProvide day-to-day Salesforce support to business users - triaging issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating fixes with the development team \nContribute to weekly status reporting and sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives \nKnowledge and Experience\nEssential\n2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role within a technology or SaaS organization \nHands-on exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA and/or RCB) - including quoting, contracting, billing, or order management configuration and testing \nWorking knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process - from opportunity and quote through contract, order, invoice, and payment - and how it is supported in a CRM/ERP context \nExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process documentation to a high standard \nFamiliarity with Jira or a similar project management and defect tracking tool \nStrong analytical thinking - able to break down complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English - able to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders \nPreferred\nSalesforce certification - Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Revenue Cloud related certification (or actively working toward one) \nExperience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools - Salesforce CPQ or equivalent \nExposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite - particularly in a billing, revenue recognition, or finance context \nExperience with tax calculation tools such as Avalara \nKnowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and how they apply to subscription and SaaS business models \nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment \nPrior exposure to Salesforce integrations - understanding of how data flows between Salesforce and downstream systems via middleware tools such as Workato or Celigo \nTechnical Skills:\nSalesforce Sales Cloud: Required\nSalesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA/RCB): Required -
