The Solution Architecture team combines detailed technical knowledge with a dedication to the sales process and customer success. The Solution Architect team supports support sales productivity, partner enablement, and customer evaluations by collaborating closely with product and technical teams to highlight the many ways Optimizely solutions meet customer needs.\nJob Responsibilities\nLeads a team responsible for developing and delivering across multiple functional areas or teams, including policies, processes, short and long-term vision, strategy and strategies to increase group efficiency, productivity and impact\nMay manage experienced individual contributors and / or multiple managers\nMonitors and ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements\nAccountable for full employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, goal alignment, work assignment, coaching / performance management, developing managers and addressing resource gaps\nKnowledge and Experience\nHas unique knowledge in their field of expertise\nManages complex issues that require an in-depth knowledge of the company, industry and / or function\nApplies broad knowledge of all areas within function.
