You will help enterprise customers understand how Optimizely’s AI platform, including generative AI, intelligent agents and automation, can transform marketing workflows, improve productivity and drive measurable business outcomes.\nThis is a strategic role with the opportunity to help shape Optimizely’s AI GTM story, influence how we position and demonstrate our AI capabilities, and develop new ways of engaging customers around emerging AI use cases.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead strategic discovery to understand customer challenges, business objectives and AI opportunities.\nDesign and communicate AI-led solution architectures that address complex customer requirements.\nDeliver compelling demonstrations of Optimizely’s AI, agentic and marketing technology capabilities.\nTranslate complex AI concepts into simple, commercially relevant customer stories.\nPartner closely with Account Executives to shape technical strategy throughout the sales cycle.\nEngage senior Marketing, Digital, IT, Data and AI stakeholders.\nConnect AI capabilities to measurable business outcomes including productivity, automation, content creation and experimentation.\nHelp evolve Optimizely’s AI GTM strategy, messaging, demos and solution frameworks.\nStay current with developments across GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, RAG and enterprise AI.\nWork cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to bring customer feedback and emerging use cases into the product roadmap.\nKnowledge and Experience\nProven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting.\nStrong understanding of AI and its practical application within enterprise environments.\nExperience with technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, APIs and integrations.\nStrong understanding of MarTech or adjacent categories such as DXP, CMS, experimentation, data or personalisation.\nExcellent discovery, presentation and storytelling skills.\nAbility to explain complex technical and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nCommercially minded, with the ability to connect technology to customer value and business outcomes.\nComfortable engaging senior enterprise stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, IT and AI.\nStrong growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly and operate in an evolving AI environment.\nSelf-directed, collaborative and comfortable helping define new approaches to AI-led pre-sales and GTM.\nEducation\nMaster's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience.
