We do real conversations, big ideas, and genuinely care for the work we make together.\nIf you want to be part of a team that's shaping the future of marketing technology - and actually enjoys doing it - you're in the right place.\nFind us on Instagram: @optimizely\nIntroduction\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect within our Partnerships org to support our sales and partner ecosystem, helping enterprise customers unlock the value of Optimizely's MarTech and AI-powered digital experience solutions.Working closely with Sales, Strategic Alliances and Technology Partners, you will provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, enable partners and demonstrate how Optimizely solutions solve complex business challenges.\nJob Responsibilities\nSupport sales teams and partners throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including partner-led and co-sell opportunities.\nBuild strong relationships with technology partners, system integrators and digital agencies.\nLead technical discovery workshops, product demonstrations and solution presentations.\nPosition Optimizely's CMS, experimentation, commerce and AI capabilities within enterprise MarTech environments.\nDesign solution architectures and demonstrate integrations with existing technology stacks.\nSupport partner enablement through technical training, workshops and knowledge sharing.\nLead Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical evaluations and RFP responses.\nCollaborate with Sales, Alliances and Product teams to drive partner success and revenue growth.Engage with senior technical and business stakeholders to communicate solution value.\nKnowledge and Experience\nStrong pre-sales, solution consulting or solution architecture experience within enterprise SaaS or MarTech.\nExperience working with technology partners, system integrators or digital agencies.\nStrong understanding of MarTech platforms, including CMS, DXP, DAM, experimentation and marketing automation.\nExperience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and partner-led opportunities.\nAbility to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and communicate business value.\nUnderstanding of APIs, integrations, cloud technologies and modern web architectures.\nExperience with platforms such as Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, Contentful, Acquia or similar.\nKnowledge of AI-powered marketing solutions, composable architecture and headless CMS is desirable.Strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial awareness.\nEducation\nDegree in Computer Science, IT, Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Key Competencies\nCompetencies - Legacy Section\nPresenting and Public Speaking\nSupporting Coworkers\nCommunicating Effectively\nUsing Computers and Technology\nServing Customers\nOptimizely is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
