We do real conversations, big ideas, and genuinely care for the work we make together.\nIf you want to be part of a team that's shaping the future of marketing technology - and actually enjoys doing it - you're in the right place.\nFind us on Instagram: @optimizely\nIntroduction\nThis position will be responsible for gathering requirements, providing insight, designing documentation, and working cross-functionally to implement and maintain our enterprise systems stack.\nJob Responsibilities\nGather requirements for projects related to enterprise systems, integrations, processes, and operations \nCreate and maintain documentation in partnership with the Enterprise Architect on enterprise systems and integrations\nCreate and maintain documentation in partnership with cross-departmental teams related to process and operations\nDevelop User Acceptance Testing scenarios, identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements\nFacilitate discussions with business owners in working sessions to understand requirements, find common ground, and evaluate acceptable solutionsIdentify gaps in process, operations, and systems \n\nWork with IT Infrastructure, enterprise system subject matter experts, and other resources to review technical designs and project plans for fit and purpose\nUnderstand what processes and business drivers the enterprise systems support in each organization and cross-functionally\nUnderstand the data flows between systems\nDevelop and maintain trust cross-departmentally\nAbility and commitment to work from 4:00 PM to 00:00 AM Vietnam Time to ensure overlap with US Business Hours.\nFamiliar with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.\nKnowledge and Experience\n2 year or more years’ experience with enterprise architecture (ex: ERPs, HCMs, CRMs) and the software that tech companies use on the “office” side (example: third party connectors, data enrichment tools, CPQ modules)\nBonus Experience\nRelated educational degree or certificates\nSystem Administration\nITIL Service Delivery; Agile methodology certifications\nPublic presentations of your work: speaking at conferences, articles published, book author\nSalesforce, SuccessFactors, Marketo, & NetSuite certifications\nOptimizely is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
