They will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions for new clients, addressing any concerns promptly, and continuously working to improve the onboarding process.\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Dhaka time [Hybrid]\nPlease note: You are not required to stay in the office until 12:00 AM. The late-evening meetings can be attended from home.\nJob Responsibilities\nCustomer Experience\nServe as the primary contact for Optimizely's Product Onboarding team, ensuring a premium onboarding experience for customers.\n\nStrong communication skills are essential to articulate thoughts clearly and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nManage global clients through comprehensive product onboarding projects, from sales handover to the go-live stage.\n\nA strong background in client-facing roles is crucial to ensure effective client engagement and satisfaction.\n\nProject Management\nLead multiple simultaneous customer onboarding processes across arange of products, aligning business goals with customer use cases and ensuring technical quality throughout the project lifecycle. This includes managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.\n\nMaintain project hygiene by providing regular updates on status and timelines.\n\nDemonstrated experience with project management tools and methodologies.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver structured onboarding programs with defined goals and timelines.\n\nServe as the main point of contact for customers and implementation partners during onboarding.\n\nTechnical Support\nUse tools like Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Kantata, Zendesk, Jira, and Gainsight to manage onboarding projects.\n\nUnderstand customer goals and promote product adoption through continuous learning of Optimizely products and relevant tools\n\nKnowledge and Experience\nExperience\nMinimum 5-7+ years in customer success and project management within a SaaS/PaaS environment.\n\nMust have experience with global clients and managing international projects.\n\nProven ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and respond to shifting customer needs and timelines.\n\nSkills\nPMP certification is a plus, familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies required.\n\nHighly collaborative, organized, and execution-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.\n\nSolid project management skills, with attention to detail, timelines, and quality.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities and flexibility in dynamic project settings.\n\nProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication in English.\n\nTechnical Knowledge\nUnderstanding of A/B testing, experimentation, CMS, cloud computing, B2B/B2C commerce, and web technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with Optimizely products is a plus.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree required, with 5-7+ years of relevant experience.\nCompetencies\nCritical Thinking\nCoordinating Project Activities\nAcquiring Information\nEvaluating and Implementing Ideas\nChampioning Customer Needs\nOur new, cutting-edge office space in Dhaka is a testament to our dedication to enhancing your work experience.
