You will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment with subject matter experts from the Product and Engineering teams, and partner with teams like Education, Onboarding, Enablement, and Customer Success to ensure product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets users’ needs.\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Dhaka time [Hybrid]\nJob Responsibilities\nOrganize, design, and create end user and developer documentation, including API and SDK documentation as well as developer walkthroughs.\n\nTranslate complex technical topics into clear, concise language and create effective visual aids.\n\nAdhere to style guide standards.\n\nFollow product release cycles and collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to determine the impact on existing documentation or need for new documentation.\n\nFlag documentation quality issues and suggest improvements to the Product/Engineering team.\n\nManage documentation tasks across multiple projects, including contributing to major product launches, and communicating progress to the documentation team and manager.\n\nDevelop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned Optimizely software products.\n\nActively contribute to team meetings, including retrospectives and style guide meetings.\n\nUse AI-assisted tools for drafting, reviewing, and improving documentation, ensuring all output meets quality standards through critical evaluation before publishing.\n\nHelp refine existing documentation skills for AI-assisted workflows.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\n2-4 years of related documentation experience in a fast-paced or Agile environment.\n\nComfortable using Git-based workflows.\n\nProficient with Markdown and HTML.\n\nAbility to grasp technical concepts quickly and curious to learn new technologies.\n\nUnderstanding of Agile software development processes, including writing user stories and managing tasks in an iterative environment.\n\nStrong communication skills, including:\n\nWriting, editing, and diagramming.\n\nKnowledge of Standard American English grammar and technical writing style norms.\n\nAbility to listen actively and ask relevant questions.\n\nAbility to work as a productive team member to:\n\nHandle multiple concurrent projects.\n\nPrioritize work under pressure.\n\nWork independently to research and complete assigned projects.\n\nAdhere to team processes.\n\nWHAT SETS YOU APART\nExperience with Cloud/SaaS/PaaS.\n\nExperience with commerce platforms.\n\nExperience with Optimizely products (Configured Commerce, Commerce Connect).\n\nExperience with Claude code, GitHub workflows, Archbee, and Jira.\n\nFamiliarity with multiple software development lifecycles.\n\nAbility to read and understand code samples.\n\nProficiency in HTML and CSS.\n\nExperience with OpenAPI Specification (Swagger).\n\nWriting Samples: Submit a portfolio with 3-5 relevant technical writing samples for review.\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in English, Information Design, Technical Writing, Technical Communication or equivalent, required\nCompetencies\nAcquiring Information\nCommunicating Effectively\nComposing and Writing Text\nDisplaying Technical Expertise\nPrioritizing and Organizing Work\nOur new, cutting-edge office space in Dhaka is a testament to our dedication to enhancing your work experience.
