The role will work closely with Business, Technology, Architecture, Vendors and external partners to deliver banking integration solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Gather, analyze and document business, functional and technical requirements.\n\n- Prepare BRD, FRD/FSD, user stories, process flows, data mappings and API specifications.\n\n- Analyze REST/SOAP APIs, payloads, validations, error handling and integration workflows.\n\n- Support integrations involving payments, escrow, transaction/balance inquiries, inflow services and payment notifications.\n\n- Work with architects and development teams on interface design and API contracts.\n\n- Define and review SIT/UAT scenarios, test cases and traceability matrices.\n\n- Support defect triage, UAT sign-off, deployment and hypercare.\n\n- Coordinate with Business, Digital Banking, Architecture, Security, Operations, Vendors and external partners.\n\n- Support security requirements including API security, SSL/certificates and secure connectivity.\n\n- Track project dependencies, risks, issues and delivery milestones.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nFunctional:\n\n- Banking & Payments\n\n- Payment lifecycle and transaction processing\n\n- Reconciliation\n\n- Digital Banking / Core Banking integrations\n\n- Strong stakeholder and vendor management\n\nTechnical:\n\n- REST/SOAP APIs\n\n- JSON/XML, XSD/WSDL\n\n- Swagger/OpenAPI\n\n- Postman/SoapUI\n\n- SQL and data validation\n\n- Data mapping and integration concepts\n\n- Event-driven/callback integrations\n\n- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Postman, Excel, SQL Developer\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.\n\n- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years in Banking/Payments/Financial Services integrations.\n\n- Strong experience with API-based integration projects and third-party vendors.\n\nPreferred:\n\n- UAE Banking experience.\n\n- Digital Payments /
