is a contract role ending on 31 March 2027.\n\nResponsibilities\nManage end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, sourcing, evaluation and approval.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines, including IM8 and GeBIZ requirements.\nPrepare, review and maintain procurement documentation, including RFQs, Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports.\nTrack procurement progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management.\nWork closely with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.\nSupport other procurement-related activities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.\nRequirements\nAt least 4 years of experience managing the full procurement lifecycle, from planning and sourcing through to evaluation and award.\nPreferably familiar with Government procurement policies, processes and guidelines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with good documentation and minute-taking abilities.\nDetail-oriented, organised and able to follow through on tasks to completion.\nAble to work independently and collaboratively in a
