The role will support global telecom and mobile operator partners by resolving complex technical issues, enhancing existing product features, and developing tools and platform improvements. This is an opportunity to work on globally recognised products and cutting-edge technologies within an international engineering environment.\n\nResponsibilities\nProvide Level 3 (L3) technical support by troubleshooting, investigating and resolving complex technical issues, bugs and partner-related queries.\nDevelop and implement full-stack enhancements, bug fixes and product improvements to address specific partner requirements.\nCollaborate with Technical Leads, Product Managers, Designers and cross-functional engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.\nDesign, develop and maintain front-end interfaces, backend systems and APIs using technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript, Hack (PHP) and GraphQL.\nBuild and enhance user interfaces using ReactJS and Meta's server-driven UI framework, Bloks.\nDevelop and maintain middle-tier APIs to integrate backend systems with complex front-end applications.\nWork with SQL and Spark to build data pipelines, aggregate data and develop dashboards to support product analytics.\nPrepare and communicate technical design proposals, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with engineering standards.\nDevelop automated tools and solutions to improve operational efficiency, streamline support processes and reduce recurring technical issues.\nParticipate in project rotations and collaborate with regional engineering teams across Singapore, the US and Ireland.\nRequirements\n\n3–5 years of software engineering experience, with hands-on experience in full-stack development.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS, with experience developing modern web applications and user interfaces.\nPractical experience with PHP/Hack and GraphQL, particularly in backend development and API integration.\nFoundational knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and data handling.\nExperience across the software development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, debugging and deployment.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.\nExperience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts effectively.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions within agreed timelines\nExperience with Python, Spark, data pipelines or large-scale data processing.\nFamiliarity with other modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.\nSkills\nBack-End Systems,
