The position requires in-office presence three days per week to collaborate closely with our executive, product, and engineering teams.\nThe Opportunity:\nWe are seeking to add an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager to our team to lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of our retail options trading applications. This role requires a strong blend of financial markets knowledge, technical expertise, and product leadership. You will oversee the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement-ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering meaningful value to end users.\nThis role combines both Product Manager and Product Owner responsibilities, requiring someone who can define product strategy while also owning day-to-day execution and prioritization.\nYou will be responsible for setting the product vision and roadmap, while also managing backlog prioritization and working closely with engineering to drive delivery.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic product thinking and hands-on execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProduct Strategy & Vision\n· Define and execute the product roadmap for our retail options trading applications.\n· Develop a clear product vision aligned with company goals, user needs, and market opportunities.\n· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and product enhancements.\n· Drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and long-term product direction.\nFeature Development & Enhancement\n·Own all functional and technical features of the platform.\n·Prioritize product improvements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.\n·Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and technical specifications.\n·Ensure seamless integration of new features within the platform’s architecture.\nStakeholder Collaboration\n·Partner with executives, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to align product initiatives.\n·Present product updates, roadmap progress, and strategic recommendations to leadership.\n·Support sales and marketing teams with product messaging and positioning.\nProduct Policy & Pricing\n·Develop and optimize product and pricing policies.\n·Analyze pricing models and recommend improvements.\n·Establish governance frameworks and best practices for product management.\n·Monitor key product performance metrics and KPIs.\nUser Experience & Market Focus\n·Champion a user-centric approach to design and development.\n·Gather and analyze user feedback through multiple channels.\n·Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.\n·Stay up to date on options trading trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.\nWhat You Bring:\nRequired Experience\n·5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.\n·3+ years working with options trading platforms or financial markets technology.\n·Proven success in launching and scaling digital products.\n·Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex technical products.\nTechnical & Analytical Skills\n·Strong understanding of options trading mechanics, strategies, and market structure.\n·Familiarity with financial data feeds, real-time pricing systems, and trading infrastructure.\n·Experience with web technologies, APIs, and modern software development practices.\n·Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.\n·Data-driven approach with expertise in A/B testing, user analytics, and conversion optimization.\n·Ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n·Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.\n·Experience with options market making, institutional trading, or retail brokerage environments.\n·Background in UX/UI principles and user research methodologies.\nKey Competencies:\n·Deep expertise in financial markets, particularly options trading.\n·Technical leadership with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.\n·Strong analytical mindset and comfort working
