Aufgaben
- Steuerung und Durchführung von M&A / ECM Transaktionen / Koordination der Execution, Teil(Projektleitung) auch von internationalen Teams, Cross-Border Deals
- Beratung der Kunden während der Transaktionen, Inhouse und vor Ort
- Unterstützung bei der Projektakquisition, Durchführung und Auswertung von umfassenden Markt- und Branchenanalysen, Unternehmensbewertungen sowie -recherchen
- Investorenansprache, Kontaktanbahnung, Vorstellen von Investitionsgelegenheiten, Handling von NDAs und Investorenunterlagen
- Anleitung und Ausbildung von Analysten
Qualifikation
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance einer Investmentbank, Corporate Finance oder Unternehmensberatung
- Ausgezeichnete akademische Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
