QA Specialist

e are looking for a Technical Support / QA Specialist to join our team and help investigate technical issues, support game launches, and ensure stable game performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical requests from clients, operators, and internal teams.
• Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot slot game issues.
• Analyze logs, game sessions, and technical identifiers.
• Verify game functionality on desktop and mobile.
• Create bug reports and verify fixes.
• Perform smoke/sanity testing after fixes and releases.
• Support production incident investigations and escalate critical issues.
• Track client-facing issues through resolution.
• Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, Account Managers, and other teams.
• Maintain troubleshooting documentation and identify recurring issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA, Technical Support, Application Support, or similar.
• Understanding of software testing and client-server architecture.
• Experience with defect investigation and bug reporting.
• Basic knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and Postman.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good technical communication skills.
• English sufficient for written communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, online casino, or slot provider products.
• Knowledge of casino/game provider or aggregator integrations.
• Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Sentry, Datadog, or similar tools.
• Understanding of microservices and production incident investigation.
