In this hands-on role, you'll support the production of innovative electronic products by organizing components, assisting with surface mount technology (SMT) machine setups, and performing basic soldering tasks. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build new technical skills, this is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that takes pride in quality and precision.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAccurately machine count electronic components and store them in an organized fashion.\nAssist surface mount machine operators to accurately pull and set up electronic components on machine feeders for product runs.\nHand solder electronic components to circuit boards as needed.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll bring:\nPreferred experience in a manufacturing environment.\nHand soldering experience a plus but not required. \nPhysical Requirements: (daily)\nAbility to lift 10 lbs daily, 50 lbs weekly \nAbility to bend, stand, walk and/or sit for majority of 8-hour shift\nBenefits\nAll benefits start on first day of employment!\n75% employer-paid medical for employee.
