The Director will lead a small team of product management professionals, will report to the company’s executive team, and will work in collaboration with leaders of our hardware, software, research, and mechanical engineering teams, as well as operations and marketing teams, to drive the company’s product strategies to execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and execute product development strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals\nWork cross-functionally with our research and development teams to deliver successful products\nManage development timelines, budgets, resources, and product quality\nEstablish performance metrics and processes to improve efficiency and outcomes\nCommunicate with leadership about progress, risks and results\nManage a team of product development resources to accomplish these goals\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred\nExperience in motion capture technology or a related technology field is preferred\n8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role\nProven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, preferably in a technology or software company\nStrong experience in market research, customer analysis, and product strategy development\nExperience working cross-functionally\nExperience managing and mentoring a team of product managers and/or product owners\nBenefits\nAll benefits start on first day of employment!\n 75% employer-paid medical for employee.
