This role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of facility systems, manufacturing equipment, and office infrastructure.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nRespond to facilities work requests and perform day-to-day maintenance across the OptiTrack campus.\nPerform preventive maintenance and limited repairs on facility systems, including plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building controls.\nMaintain and repair manufacturing process equipment as needed.\nInstall ergonomic office equipment, such as keyboard trays and related accessories.\nMaintain maintenance logbooks, track inventory of tools and spare parts, and ensure timely replenishment.\nCollaborate with Facilities, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to implement safety and efficiency improvements.\nAssist with office, equipment, and material moves, as well as space planning.\nSupport internal event set-up and tear-down as required.\nAssist with recycling, waste management, and general facility cleanliness.\nMaintain facility security systems, including access control and key card databases.\nSchedule and monitor work quality of third-party service providers (e.g., janitorial, HVAC).\nPerform additional duties as assigned and maintain compliance with company policies.\nRequirements\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\n A high school diploma or GED is required.\nPreferred qualifications include training or certification in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, limited electrical license, environmental regulations, and OSHA compliance.\nA minimum of three years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing facilities is required.\nComputer proficiency and familiarity with Windows operating systems are necessary.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.\nA strong customer service focus with the capability to effectively resolve issues is required.\nStrong organizational abilities are required, along with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and work independently.\nProven troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify the root causes of equipment failures are necessary.\nMust be collaborative and able to work effectively as part of a team across various departments \nPhysical Requirements:\nOccasionally lift up to 50 pounds.\nPart-Time (20 +/_ hours per week)\nSit or stand for extended periods.\nClimb ladders and stairs, work in confined spaces.\nWork in both indoor and outdoor environments.\nParticipate in on-call duty, including evenings and weekends.\nWork overtime or varied shifts as required to support operations.\nBenefits\nEEOC Statement:\nOptiTrack is an equal opportunity employer, we believe in fostering a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusivity.
