The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, administering, and supporting privileged access and identity governance solutions on behalf of Optiv’s clients in accordance with established SLA/OLA guidelines.\nHow you’ll make an impact\nServe as a primary technical responder for incidents and requests pertaining to various technologies including, but not limited to:BeyondTrust Password Safe\nBeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access\nBeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management\n\nPerform discovery audits and work with clients to develop certification and compliance campaigns and reporting\nCollect logs, analyze failure situations, troubleshoot issues and implement known solutions while maintaining established OLAs/SLAs.\nDocument incident resolutions, RCA/RFOs, and SOPs, design specifications, and reference architectures as needed\nPerform routine changes and maintenance including hotfix and security patching, device reboots, and configuration backups.\nWhat we’re looking for\nStrong troubleshooting and issue isolation skills\n3-5 years’ experience implementing, administering, and support privileged access management technologies and related infrastructure (preferably BeyondTrust)\nIdeal candidate will remain current on all BeyondTrust and PAM market related trends, tools, and methodologies\n3-5 years’ experience years Proficiency in BeyondTrust and related technologies.
