This role drives pre-sales excellence through deep technical expertise, hands-on solution demonstrations, and enablement programs that enhance both internal teams and client outcomes.\nThe Partner Architect will champion assigned partner technologies (Idira) showcasing use cases, aligning solutions with client goals, and ensuring seamless integration across Optiv’s portfolio.\nHow you'll make an impact\nTechnical Enablement & Sales Support\nDeliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of partner technologies to internal teams and clients.\nDevelop and maintain technical sales tools and documentation, including:Sizing guidelines\nBest practice and integration guides\nSolution design and implementation documentation\n\nLead use case development and create reusable demonstration assets.\nBuild and execute enablement sessions and workshops for sales and technical teams.\nSolution Strategy & Architecture\nDefine and document solution architectures, product matrices, and roadmap alignment for partner technologies.\nProvide SKU guidance, bundling strategies, and partner service mapping to drive consistent solution delivery.\nCollaborate with client advisory and delivery teams to ensure alignment with best practices and deployment standards.\nValidate service offerings and scoping for technical accuracy and consistency.\nClient Engagement & Value Realization\nSupport client retention and technology optimization through advisory and best-practice assessments.\nConduct client workshops to maximize solution adoption and identify upsell opportunities.\nPartner with Client Solution Architects to ensure clients realize full value from their technology investments.\nServe as an escalation point for complex partner-related services and solution challenges.\nCollaboration & Continuous Learning\nShadow partner engineering and internal consulting teams periodically to stay aligned on evolving capabilities.\nContribute to internal communities of practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\nMaintain expert-level technical certifications in assigned partner technologies.\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of hands-on enterprise identity security experience, including designing, presenting, implementing, or supporting solutions across one or more domains: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), or machine identity security.\nExperience with enterprise identity security platforms such as CyberArk/IDIRA, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, BeyondTrust, Delinea, SailPoint, Saviynt, Venafi, or comparable solutions. \nStrong expertise in at least one identity security domain, with working knowledge of adjacent domains and the ability to develop expertise across the broader IDIRA portfolio.\nUnderstanding of modern privileged access controls, including credential vaulting and rotation, session management, just-in-time access, zero standing privilege, endpoint least privilege, and secure third-party access.\nFamiliarity with machine identity security, including secrets management, cloud-native secrets governance, certificate lifecycle management, PKI, SSH keys, and workload identities.\nFamiliarity with identity governance, identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR).\nUnderstanding of emerging AI agent security requirements, including identity discovery, ownership, authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access.\nWorking knowledge of hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms, APIs, and automation, with the ability to integrate identity security controls across enterprise, cloud, and developer environments.\nWhat you can expect from Optiv\nA company committed to our inclusive value through our Employee Resource Groups\nWork/life balance\nProfessional training resources\nCreative problem-solving and the ability to tackle unique, complex projects\nVolunteer Opportunities. “Optiv Chips In” encourages employees to volunteer and engage with their teams and communities.\nThe ability and technology necessary to productively work remotely/from home (where applicable)\nEEO Statement\nOptiv is an equal opportunity employer.
