Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lead multiple customer engagements simultaneously.\nHow will you make an Impact:\nServe as a subject matter expert in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance (IGA).\nLead large-scale SailPoint IIQ and ISC implementation and transformation programs.\nDrive IAM strategy, assessments, and roadmap engagements.\nDesign scalable IAM architectures aligned with business and security requirements.\nLead solution configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment activities.\nOversee identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access certifications, role management, and governance controls.\nDevelop architecture documents, technical designs, and executive-level presentations.\nSupport pre-sales activities, proposals, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.\nCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.\nDevelop and maintain IAM best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets.\nContribute to the IAM Center of Excellence through mentoring and knowledge sharing.\nStay current on Identity Security trends, including AI Security, Non-Human Identities (NHI), and emerging IAM technologies.\nIdentify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships.\nMentor and coach consultants and junior team members.\nWhat are we looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of IAM consulting and solution delivery experience.\n8+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).\nDeep expertise in SailPoint architecture, design, configuration, development, integration, and deployment.\nArchitect-level experience across at least 3-4 SailPoint implementation projects is mandatory.\nSkilled in requirements gathering and leading discovery sessions with application and business owners, particularly for U.S.-based customers.\nExperience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access reviews, certifications, role management, and governance.\nStrong experience with SailPoint connectors, custom workflows, QuickLinks, reports, and custom development.\nProven experience onboarding applications and implementing automated lifecycle management.\nSailPoint Administrator and SailPoint Engineer certifications required.\nCISSP, CISM, or related security certifications are preferred.\nExperience leading multiple enterprise IAM implementations at scale.\nExpertise in Role Mining, RBAC, ABAC, access governance, and compliance controls.\nStrong experience with Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell, XML, REST APIs, and database technologies.\nExperience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and directories.\nKnowledge of SailPoint escalation processes to expedite resolution of product-related issues.\nStrong customer-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to lead teams and complex IAM programs.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nAbility to mentor, coach, and develop consulting talent.\nDemonstrated ownership of innovation and practice development initiatives.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.\nStrong collaboration, planning, and execution skills with excellence focus on delivery.\nWhat you can expect from Optiv\nA company committed to our inclusive value through our Employee Resource Groups\nWork/life balance\nProfessional training resources\nCreative problem-solving and the ability to tackle unique, complex projects\nVolunteer Opportunities. “Optiv Chips In” encourages employees to volunteer and engage with their teams and communities.\nThe ability and technology necessary to productively work remotely/from home (where applicable)\nEEO Statement\nOptiv is an equal opportunity employer.
