Working within the Regulatory Advisory team, you will support Optiver's US employee compliance and registrations program, taking ownership of recurring processes that keep the firm and its employees in line with regulatory requirements, and helping us make those processes more efficient.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou'll have the opportunity to: \nSupport the registration lifecycle for US employees, including preparing and tracking regulatory registration filings, amendments and terminations, and coordinating fingerprinting\nSupport the employee personal trading program, including reconciling employee brokerage account data and processing account-related requests\nMaintain accurate records and trackers, and follow up on exceptions with employees and internal teams\nDocument procedures and propose improvements, including automation, that make recurring processes more efficient and reliable\nAssist with research on regulatory requirements and prepare short summaries for the team\nWork with Compliance, Human Resources, Trading and Operations, and learn how the regulatory obligations we manage connect to the firm's business\nWhat you’ll get\nYou'll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem-solvers. No prior compliance experience is needed\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
