Key skillset requirements include:\nSound understanding of the logistics and supply chain of commodity trading; understand the major factors that impact supply and demand; understand the behaviour of different players in the markets; understand the role currencies play in global commodity trading\nDeep understanding in the market structure and drivers of agricultural/ferrous/chemical/metallic commodities, including supply and demand, positioning, flow, etc.\nHas strong risk culture and understands limitations of fundamental research\nStrong trading mindset.
