With a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, you’ll collaborate with teams across trading, legal, compliance, development, and infrastructure teams to achieve optimal outcomes.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a Government Affairs Strategy Analyst, your key responsibilities include:\nManaging and expanding an interconnected network of market structure policy experts within and outside the political, legal, and regulatory community focused on the most pressing issues facing U.S. markets\nLeading the daily relationship development and management workflow on behalf of a global trading firm\nAssisting in planning, development, and execution of political engagement through the Optiver PAC\nOwning the market regulatory support functions for senior leaders at the highest levels of the business\nBuilding your own expertise in equity, fixed-income, and commodity asset classes spanning products from cash equities to ETFs to futures and options and all the related market structure detail accompanying them\nWhat you’ll get\nYou’ll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem-solvers. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
