This critical infrastructure is key to our ability to hire at scale and speed, representing one of the first interactions individuals have with Optiver during their recruitment journey. You’ll work within a dynamic team to ensure the platform's scalability and reliability, contributing to the success of our global talent assessment initiatives. You’ll work closely with our recruitment teams globally on a day to day basis to ensure that the platform is scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.\nSome of what you’ll do day to day:\nDesign, develop and maintain our assessment tooling platform and features supporting recruitment\nCollaborate with recruitment teams on a global scale to ensure that the platform is scalable, reliable, and user-friendly\nWrite clean, maintainable code that is easy to understand and modify and participate in code reviews to ensure that code meets quality standards\nUtilize frontend technologies (React/Angular) to enhance user interfaces and experiences.\nWho You Are\nStrong technical background consisting of 3+ years of experience in full stack development\nProficiency in server-side development utilizing C# .NET or Python \nExperience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL or SQL Server)\nExperience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks\nA proactive approach to problem solving and an entrepreneurial attitude \nAbility to clearly explain your thoughts through written and verbal communication, ask the right questions, and work collaboratively with a range of technical and non technical stakeholders\nNice to Haves\nExperience in UI/UX design\nExperience with server hosting on cloud providers (e.g. AWS)\nWhat you'll get\nYou’ll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, where you’ll be surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem solvers.
