The client is establishing Claude Enterprise adoption and Claude operations across the organisation, and is building a small team to design, secure, integrate and run the platform. There are two openings: a Claude Lead Engineer and a Claude Platform Engineer. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 170 PLN/h net (B2B)\n\nWork Model: hybrid, 75% remote, full-time (40 h/week)\n\nLocation: Warsaw\n\nOpenings: 2 (Lead Engineer and Platform Engineer)\n\nResponsibilities - Claude Lead Engineer:\nOwning the technical design and engineering of the enterprise Claude platform\n\nDefining platform architecture, security, compliance and integration patterns\n\nEnsuring Claude Enterprise capabilities are introduced securely and integrated with internal systems through approved 1st party and 3rd party patterns\n\nMaking sure the platform operates reliably in production\n\nEnabling business teams to adopt and use the platform\n\nResponsibilities -
