You will be responsible for day-to-day delivery activities and managing project delivery teams (14 FTEs in total). You will drive progress, define approaches and processes in close collaboration with the RACF Integration Team and other IAM/Mainframe experts, and facilitate effective stakeholder engagement to ensure the timely delivery of key milestones.\nYour responsibilities:\nActing as a Deputy to the RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.\n\nDriving progress across Business Delivery (BD) teams and ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and milestones.\n\nFacilitating daily project team stand-ups, focused virtual workshops, and ad-hoc stakeholder meetings.\n\nMaintaining action and decision logs, as well as project documentation.\n\nDriving accountability for actions and commitments across participating project stakeholders.\n\nTracking project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating them when appropriate.\n\nMaintaining project progress trackers and preparing status reports and presentations for management.\n\nSupporting project governance processes and reporting requirements.\n\nIdentifying, qualifying, and implementing automation opportunities to improve project delivery efficiency.\n\nRequirements:\nProven senior-level experience managing or coordinating IT projects within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage priorities, and resolve obstacles in complex projects.\n\nStrong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management practices.\n\nKnowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processes.\n\nFamiliarity with RACF or mainframe security environments is highly desirable.\n\nUnderstanding of regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements within financial institutions.\n\nExperience with process analysis, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and organizational capabilities.\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence without direct
