For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nYou will deploy and run applications in production, automate build, release and deployment processes, and support the migration of applications to an on-premises Kubernetes platform, with a later move to the cloud.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 150 PLN/h (B2B)\n\nWork Model: Hybrid, mostly from the office (approx. 25% remote), full-time (40h/week)\n\nLocation: Gdańsk or Gdynia preferred; candidates based in Warsaw will also be considered\n\nResponsibilities:\nDeploy and run applications in production environments\n\nProvide feedback to the team on production instabilities, incidents and potential areas for improvement\n\nProvision, configure and maintain development, test and production environments\n\nContribute to the automation of build, release, deployment and production operations\n\nSupport the onboarding and migration of applications to an on-premises Kubernetes platform, with a subsequent transition to cloud-based infrastructure\n\nDrive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reliability and deployment processes\n\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and ensure consistent deployments\n\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes\n\nDevelop and maintain Python and Shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and operational workflows\n\nTroubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across development, test and production environments\n\nCollaborate with development and operations teams to improve application performance, availability and scalability\n\nManage source code, configuration files and automation scripts using Git\n\nSupport incident analysis, root cause investigations and the implementation of preventive measures\n\nRequirements:\nHands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Ansible and Kubernetes\n\nPython and Shell scripting\n\nGit\n\nExperience building CI/CD pipelines\n\nExperience deploying and running applications in production\n\nExperience provisioning and maintaining development, test and production environments\n\nExperience automating build, release and production processes and driving automation initiatives\n\nAbility to give the team feedback on production instabilities and incidents\n\nGood level of English\n\nNice to have:\nAtlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.)\n\nDatabase
