You will deploy and run applications in production, automate build, release and infrastructure processes, and help onboard applications to an on-premises Kubernetes platform, followed by a move to cloud-based infrastructure. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 150 PLN/h net (B2B)\n\nWork Model: hybrid, mostly on-site (approx. 25% remote), full-time (40 h/week)\n\nLocation: Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia) preferred, Warsaw also considered\n\nResponsibilities:\nDeploying and running applications in production environments\n\nProvisioning, configuring and maintaining development, test and production environments\n\nDeveloping and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline and standardise software delivery\n\nAutomating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes\n\nSupporting the onboarding and migration of applications to an on-premises Kubernetes platform, and later to the cloud\n\nWriting and maintaining Python and Shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and operational workflows\n\nDriving automation initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency and deployment processes\n\nTroubleshooting application and infrastructure issues across all environments\n\nSupporting incident analysis and root cause investigations, and giving the team feedback on production instabilities and areas for improvement\n\nWorking with development and operations teams on application performance, availability and scalability\n\nManaging source code, configuration and automation scripts in Git\n\nRequirements:\nHands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible\n\nScripting skills in Python and Shell\n\nExperience building CI/CD pipelines and automating build, release and production processes\n\nExperience deploying and running applications in production, and provisioning and maintaining dev, test and production environments\n\nWorking knowledge of Git\n\nA proactive approach to automation and to flagging production incidents and instabilities\n\nFluent English\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience onboarding
