For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nYou will join an ongoing Identity & Access Management project that is part of a larger IAM program. The role centres on onboarding and cleaning up access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IdentityIQ, working closely with stakeholders from both Business and IT.\nKey Details:\nRate: Up to 141 PLN / hour\n\nWork Model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week at the Gdańsk office preferred; remote work can be considered\n\nLocation: Gdańsk: remote is also possible\n\nStart: As soon as possible\n\nResponsibilities:\nAccess review and analysis\nReview and analyze application security and user access management.\n\nAnalyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive or unnecessary user permissions.\n\nAssess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements.\n\nStakeholder coordination\nEngage and facilitate dialogue with business stakeholders, application managers and system providers to gather the information needed for appropriate actions.\n\nAct as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders.\n\nWork with RACF/IAM subject matter experts and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations.\n\nFacilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ and the cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts.\n\nProject support and change management\nFacilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.\n\nHelp prioritize efforts and manage scope changes.\n\nIdentify risks and propose mitigation strategies.\n\nRequirements:\nA bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field.\n\nProven experience as an Identity/Application Security Specialist, Application Manager or User Administrator working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).\n\nSubstantial experience managing access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ.\n\nGood understanding of business applications, IT processes and Identity & Access Management.\n\nExperience with access reviews, access data analysis and risk assessment.\n\nFamiliarity with RACF / mainframe security.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to both support and challenge stakeholders.\n\nA self-driven, collaborative mindset.\n\nAdvanced
