The project is delivered together with a large international IT services company. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nYou will join a growing Data, Analytics & Reporting team within Compliance Technology, designing, developing and supporting applications and model hosting platforms across the Group Compliance domain, working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams.\nKey Details:\nRate: 135-160 PLN/h (B2B), depending on experience\n\nWork Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week from the client's office (non-negotiable), full-time\n\nLocation: Kraków (candidates must live in or near Kraków)\n\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop web applications and services by analysing business functional and technical requirements\n\nSupport technical development following clean code principles\n\nDeploy, monitor, maintain and improve the services\n\nImplement tools and best practices for release, environment and configuration management\n\nContribute to best practices for elegant, efficient and reusable code\n\nWork with people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements\n\nCollaborate with global tech and cross-functional teams\n\nRequirements:\nDegree-level education, preferably in Computer Science\n\n8+ years in application development with strong knowledge of the SDLC\n\nStrong Java and Spring Boot skills\n\nHands-on experience with Azure services: App Service or AKS, Azure Functions, Service Bus or Event Hubs, Key Vault, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Monitor / Application Insights and Microsoft Entra ID\n\nSQL, JPA and databases such as PostgreSQL or Azure SQL\n\nGood practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ReactJS\n\nExposure to cloud-native microservices and containers (Docker)\n\nStrong analysis, design, testing and troubleshooting skills; systems design and architecture\n\nWell-developed business communication skills in English, written and verbal\n\nPolish or EU citizenship, or a permanent residence / work permit valid for at least 12 months\n\nRecruitment Process:\nOne interview with the IT services partner, followed by 1-3 interviews with the bank\n\nTechnical tasks are done live: please have your programming environment set up and tested beforehand.
