For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nYou will translate new AML/CTF regulatory requirements into practical, end-to-end KYC processes, procedures and working instructions for operational teams.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 115 PLN/h (B2B)\n\nWork Model: Hybrid, mostly remote (approx. 75% remote), full-time (40h/week)\n\nLocation: Warsaw\n\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyse new AML/CTF regulatory requirements and the bank’s updated internal rules\n\nTranslate regulatory requirements into detailed changes to KYC processes and procedures\n\nOperationalise requirements related to PEP, Purpose and Nature of the Business Relationship, customer risk scoring, Adverse Media Screening and ODD review cycles\n\nDesign and update end-to-end KYC processes\n\nPrepare procedures, guidelines and working instructions for operational teams\n\nAssess the impact of regulatory changes on existing processes, roles and operational activities\n\nIdentify process gaps, risks and dependencies\n\nCollaborate with internal process experts, project leads and Group Financial Crime Prevention stakeholders\n\nSupport the implementation of process changes\n\nEnsure that updated KYC processes work effectively end to end\n\nRequirements:\nStrong experience in KYC, AML/CTF or Financial Crime Prevention within the banking sector\n\nPractical experience in designing, improving or implementing KYC processes and procedures\n\nGood knowledge of customer due diligence, including CDD, EDD, PEP, Adverse Media Screening and customer risk assessment\n\nExperience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes and working instructions\n\nAbility to analyse complex regulatory documents and assess their impact on existing processes\n\nExperience preparing KYC procedures, guidelines or instructions for operational teams\n\nStrong understanding of end-to-end KYC processes\n\nAbility to identify process gaps, dependencies and implementation risks\n\nStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment\n\nFluent
