You will support Finance and Master Data Management applications, facilitate agile ways of working, and contribute to both operational and development activities.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 75 PLN/h net + VAT\n\nWork Model: B2B contract, full-time (40 h/week), hybrid - 75% remote\n\nLocation: Wrocław\n\nLanguage: Fluent English\n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide application support for Finance and Master Data Management solutions\n\nInvestigate, analyse and coordinate the resolution of incidents, service requests and production issues\n\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, document decisions and action items, and follow up on open questions\n\nSupport product backlog management by helping prioritise items and clarifying requirements with stakeholders\n\nWork with development teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions\n\nMonitor application performance, data quality and operational stability\n\nSupport testing, releases, deployments and change management\n\nGather, document and clarify business requirements for enhancements and improvements\n\nFacilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery\n\nDrive continuous improvement focused on business value and operational efficiency\n\nRequirements:\nExperience in application support, service management or a similar role\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nAbility to work effectively with both business and technical teams\n\nAn analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills\n\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements\n\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\n\nFluent English\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with Master Data Management processes\n\nExperience supporting finance-related applications and business processes\n\nKnowledge of data management, reporting or analytics solutions\n\nExperience with enterprise applications and configuration-based platforms\n\nExperience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting agile teams\n\nScrum Master
