You will analyse the existing network landscape and lead the technical side of separating data and management traffic: from mapping NICs, VLANs and traffic flows, through defining the target architecture, to supporting the migration and validating the results. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 130 PLN/h net (B2B)\n\nWork Model: hybrid, mostly remote (approx. 75% remote), full-time (40 h/week)\n\nLocation: Warsaw, Łódź or Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia)\n\nResponsibilities:\nAnalysing NICs, IP addresses, VLANs, network zones and existing traffic flows\n\nValidating data and management traffic together with application and infrastructure teams\n\nIdentifying backup, replication and other workloads using management network paths\n\nDefining the target network architecture, connectivity models and migration strategies\n\nAssessing NIC port availability, network capacity and infrastructure constraints\n\nSupporting migration activities, troubleshooting connectivity issues and performing post-migration validation\n\nEnsuring network stability, performance and compliance throughout the migration\n\nRequirements:\nStrong experience with enterprise networking environments\n\nSolid knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, network segmentation and IP networking\n\nHands-on experience with infrastructure, data center or network migration projects\n\nAbility to analyse complex network topologies and traffic dependencies\n\nExperience collaborating with application, infrastructure and operations teams\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication skills in cross-functional environments\n\nNative Polish and fluent
