For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nThe Scrum Master will support one or more Agile teams in delivering business and technology initiatives by fostering Agile ways of working and ensuring effective execution of the agreed delivery roadmap.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 105 PLN/h (B2B)\n\nWork Model: Hybrid, 3 days a week from the office, full-time (40h/week)\n\nLocation: Warsaw, Gdynia or Gdańsk\n\nResponsibilities:\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement and PI/Sprint-related activities\n\nCoach the team and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, continuous improvement and value-driven delivery\n\nDrive transparency of team progress, risks, impediments, dependencies and delivery commitments\n\nRemove obstacles impacting team productivity and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve cross-team dependencies\n\nSupport the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritisation and planning activities\n\nMonitor and improve team performance metrics including velocity, predictability, lead time, cycle time and delivery quality\n\nFacilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, architects, operations teams, vendors and development teams\n\nSupport release planning, governance activities and reporting towards management and stakeholders\n\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, quality and operational excellence\n\nAssist teams in adopting and maturing Agile and DevOps practices\n\nDrive risk identification, mitigation planning and follow-up of delivery actions\n\nSupport organisational Agile transformation initiatives where applicable\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments\n\nProven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes\n\nStrong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Agile methodologies\n\nExperience working with cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, testers and infrastructure specialists\n\nDemonstrated ability to identify and remove delivery impediments\n\nExperience managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nExperience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar\n\nExperience tracking and reporting Agile metrics and delivery KPIs\n\nAbility to coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices and continuous improvement\n\nExcellent facilitation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills\n\nFluent English, both verbal and written\n\nNice to have:\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist or similar certification\n\nExperience in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within financial services or regulated industries\n\nKnowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and platform engineering concepts\n\nExperience working with distributed and geographically dispersed teams\n\nUnderstanding of IT governance, operational risk, compliance and security requirements\n\nExperience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or large-scale Agile frameworks such as SAFe\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern software engineering practices\n\nExperience facilitating workshops, value stream mapping and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nExperience working with Data, Analytics, Platform or Infrastructure
