You will combine hands-on data engineering in Snowflake with banking domain knowledge, especially Balance Sheet Stress Testing, risk management and regulatory reporting, and drive delivery end to end: from requirements analysis and data investigations to production implementation. We are looking for long-term cooperation. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 165 PLN/h net (B2B)\n\nWork Model: hybrid, min. 60% office presence, full-time (40 h/week)\n\nLocation: Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia), Warsaw or Łódź\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesigning, developing and maintaining enterprise-grade ETL/ELT pipelines in Snowflake\n\nAnalysing banking business requirements around Balance Sheet Stress Testing, scenario analysis, capital adequacy, liquidity and risk management\n\nWorking closely with business analysts and finance, treasury, risk and regulatory stakeholders to implement business logic accurately\n\nBuilding and optimising data warehousing solutions for large-scale aggregation, transformation and reporting of financial data\n\nDeveloping data models that support stress testing simulations, statistical analysis and management reporting\n\nEnsuring data quality, reconciliation, lineage, governance and regulatory compliance\n\nPreparing and provisioning data for downstream analytical, reporting and regulatory layers\n\nDriving performance optimisation, automation and continuous improvement of data platforms\n\nRequirements:\nStrong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL and large-scale data warehousing\n\nExtensive experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes in complex enterprise environments\n\nDeep understanding of banking data, e.g. Balance Sheet Management, Stress Testing, Treasury and Liquidity, Finance and Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, Capital Adequacy\n\nProven ability to analyse, validate, reconcile and aggregate data across multiple source systems\n\nStrong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process modelling, stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical solutions\n\nExperience with statistical analysis and data preparation for analytical models\n\nUnderstanding of data governance, data quality frameworks and regulatory requirements for banking data\n\nExcellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders\n\nFluent English\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with EBA, ECB, Basel, ICAAP, ILAAP, IRRBB or other regulatory stress testing frameworks\n\nKnowledge of Data Vault, dimensional modelling and cloud data platforms\n\nExperience in Agile/SAFe environments\n\nPower BI, Tableau or similar reporting
