For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nYou will design and maintain the data models behind the client's credit and financial data processes, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and making sure data flows accurately between systems.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 140 PLN/h\n\nWork Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office\n\nLocation: Gdańsk/Gdynia or Warsaw\n\nWorkload: Full-time (40 h/week)\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and maintain data models supporting credit and financial data processes\n\nAnalyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions\n\nDefine and manage data mappings between multiple systems to ensure accurate data integration and transformation\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency, traceability and auditability across the solution landscape\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects and development teams on end-to-end solution design\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation and functional specifications\n\nSupport process optimisation and automation using AI-assisted tools\n\nTake part in solution implementation, testing and continuous improvement\n\nRequirements:\nExtensive experience in data modelling and solution design\n\nStrong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases\n\nGood programming skills in Python\n\nExperience with data integration, transformation and data mapping across multiple systems\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, system integrations and process modelling\n\nExperience ensuring data quality, consistency and governance standards\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders and translating their requirements into technical solutions\n\nFluent English, both written and spoken\n\nNice to Have:\nKnowledge of Kafka\n\nExperience with Power BI\n\nFamiliarity with Java development\n\nUnderstanding of data warehouse concepts and architecture\n\nExperience using AI tools for documentation, testing, data analysis or development support\n\nExperience in banking, finance or regulatory reporting environments\n\nKnowledge of credit risk, rating or financial statement data
