The project is delivered together with a large international IT services company. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nYou will automate infrastructure with Terraform, support the migration to cloud, build CI/CD pipelines and coordinate complex releases across Azure and on-premises environments.\nKey Details:\nRate: 125-150 PLN/h (B2B), depending on experience\n\nWork Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week from the client's office (non-negotiable), full-time\n\nLocation: Wrocław (candidates must live in or within commuting distance of Wrocław)\n\nResponsibilities:\nAutomate infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code\n\nSupport the migration to cloud environments\n\nDesign and develop CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation\n\nCoordinate complex releases across multiple teams\n\nImprove system observability, reliability and production operations\n\nSupport secure operations across Azure and on-premises environments\n\nRequirements:\nAround 10 years of relevant experience\n\nAdvanced Terraform / Infrastructure as Code\n\nStrong Microsoft Azure experience\n\nDocker, Kubernetes/AKS and Helm\n\nLinux, scripting, networking and troubleshooting\n\nHybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure\n\nCI/CD pipeline design and deployment automation\n\nMonitoring, incident response, secrets management and secure engineering\n\nExperience coordinating complex releases across multiple teams\n\nStrong ownership and communication skills, fluent English\n\nPolish or EU citizenship, or a permanent residence / work permit valid for at least 12 months\n\nNice to Have:\nGitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Grafana and Java\n\nRecruitment Process:\nOne interview with the IT services partner, followed by 1-3 interviews with the bank\n\nTechnical tasks are done live: please have your environment set up and tested beforehand.
