The chosen candidate will sign the B2B cooperation agreement directly with us.\nYour Responsibilities:\nBuilding and expanding systems for claims reporting and management across both distributed microservices and monolithic architectures.\n\nTaking an active role in designing system architecture using modern technology solutions.\n\nImproving and optimizing selected business processes.\n\nEnsuring the highest quality of delivered software by developing an automated testing pyramid.\n\nConducting and receiving constructive code reviews.\n\nActively participating in Scrum ceremonies and collaborating daily with a tight-knit team.\n\nRequirements (Must-haves):\nMinimum 7 years of commercial programming experience in Java.\n\nDeep expertise in the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Framework) and Hibernate/JPA.\n\nStrong knowledge of SQL databases.\n\nSolid practical experience with Apache Kafka.\n\nFamiliarity with Angular.\n\nProven experience in designing and developing microservices and REST APIs.\n\nPractical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).\n\nAbility to leverage AI tools to support and speed up the software development process.\n\nFluent/Native Polish (essential for team communication).\n\nNice-to-haves:\nExperience with Playwright.\n\nWorking knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and ElasticSearch.\n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\n\nUnderstanding of IT Security concepts and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nPrevious experience mentoring other developers or taking on Technical Lead responsibilities.\n\nWhat we offer:\nTransparent cooperation terms -
