For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nKey Details:\nRate: Up to 108 PLN / hour\n\nWork Model: Hybrid (2-3 days per week from the office)\n\nLocation: Warszawa or Gdańsk\n\nDuration: October 2026 - end of February 2027, full-time (40h/week) with the real possibility to extend it.\n\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the incident and problem management process for production incidents: diagnose and resolve issues, run root cause analysis, and put preventive measures in place so problems don't recur.\n\nContinuously monitor service health, detect anomalies early, and act before they turn into incidents.\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate build, testing, security scanning, and deployment.\n\nKeep Pre-Production and Production environments stable, aligned, and behaving as expected day to day.\n\nDocument operational procedures, known issues, and resolution steps to build a reliable knowledge base for the team.\n\nWork closely with development and platform teams to triage issues, clarify operational requirements, and close the feedback loop between production and development.\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in IT operations, application support (2nd/3rd line), or a similar production-facing role.\n\nProven track record of owning incidents end-to-end, from alert through RCA to prevention.\n\n2+ years of experience working within an ITIL framework (incident, problem, and change management).\n\nExperience in Agile delivery environments alongside development teams.\n\nProficiency with Jenkins for building and maintaining pipelines and for executing and troubleshooting deployments.\n\nHands-on experience improving and automating CI/CD pipelines.\n\nProficiency with log analysis and alerting tools (Splunk, Sysdig).\n\nFluency in observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana), including reading dashboards and tuning alerts.\n\nComfortable operating services on Kubernetes, such as checking pod health, reading logs, and triggering restarts.
