For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nKey Details:\nRate: Up to 146 PLN / hour\n\nWork Model: Remote, with occasional visits to the Wrocław office (a couple of days per year)\n\nLocation: Poland (office in Wrocław)\n\nResponsibilities:\nArchitect, design and deliver robust solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), ensuring scalability, security and maintainability.\n\nLead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors.\n\nMaintain and develop the existing Copilot Studio solution.\n\nWork as part of the development team, co-creating modern products.\n\nManage support cases: contact end users, resolve tickets, work with priorities and carry out root cause analysis.\n\nStay up to date with new Power Platform features and Microsoft ecosystem developments, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.\n\nRequirements:\n4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a portfolio of implementations.\n\nExperience in Copilot Studio development.\n\nProven ability to implement security best practices across the Power Platform, including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies and secure handling of secrets and credentials.\n\nKnowledge of the broader Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and Azure services.\n\nExperience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs and data modeling.\n\nPractical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes, particularly Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.\n\nExperience in application support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution and collaboration with technical and business teams.\n\nAbility to work in a production environment: prioritizing incidents and requests, communicating effectively with users and stakeholders, and ensuring application stability and continuity.\n\nGood communication skills and fluent English.\n\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nGood prioritization and organizational skills when managing multiple incidents, requests and competing priorities.\n\nA proactive, collaborative mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and continuously improve support
