You will lead complex technology transformation initiatives in a large, highly regulated enterprise environment, with a focus on governance, operational resilience, IT service management and technology lifecycle management. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 130 PLN/h net (B2B)\n\nWork Model: hybrid, 3 days per week from the office, full-time (40 h/week)\n\nLocation: Gdańsk or Warsaw\n\nResponsibilities:\nLeading complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU\n\nDriving delivery across application owners, infrastructure, architecture, operations, cyber security, risk, compliance and external vendors\n\nEstablishing and maintaining project governance aligned with organisational standards, regulatory requirements and delivery frameworks\n\nManaging scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials and resource plans\n\nCoordinating technical remediation, resilience, service management and operational improvement initiatives across large-scale enterprise environments\n\nFacilitating decision-making and stakeholder alignment in a complex matrix organisation\n\nReporting to senior management, steering committees and governance forums\n\nSupporting solutions that improve operational resilience, technology lifecycle management, service transparency and regulatory compliance\n\nRequirements:\n7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or technology transformation projects\n\nProven track record of delivering complex initiatives involving multiple technology teams, infrastructure platforms and application owners\n\nStrong experience in project governance, risk and dependency management, financial control and executive reporting\n\nSolid understanding of enterprise IT environments: applications, infrastructure, service management and operational processes\n\nExperience with technology lifecycle management, application portfolio management, software remediation or technical debt reduction\n\nKnowledge of IT service management principles and operating models\n\nHands-on experience with BMC Remedy ITSM\n\nExperience in regulated environments, preferably financial services, with a strong understanding of technology risk, operational resilience and governance\n\nAbility to translate regulatory and risk-driven requirements into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, including presenting to steering committees\n\nAdvanced English\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) or other regulatory compliance initiatives\n\nKnowledge of service mapping, application dependency mapping or CMDB-related initiatives\n\nExperience delivering operational resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity or failover projects\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow, BMC Discovery, CMDB platforms, PPM tools and architecture repositories\n\nExperience in vulnerability remediation or software lifecycle management programmes\n\nPRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe or equivalent
