The programme focuses on implementing AMLA-related regulatory and operational changes across multiple business areas and legal entities. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nKey Details:\nRate: 135 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)\n\nWork Model: Hybrid - 3 days per week from the office\n\nLocation: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia or Łódź\n\nWorkload: Full-time (40 h/week)\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead complex initiatives and translate business strategy, regulatory requirements and priorities into actionable deliveries.\n\nEstablish and drive effective execution frameworks, governance structures and delivery models.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business areas, legal entities and technology teams.\n\nManage programme governance, reporting, risks, dependencies, escalations and decision-making processes.\n\nDrive change management activities and support organisational readiness.\n\nBuild and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\n\nCoach project managers, analysts and delivery teams.\n\nKey Focus Areas:\nCross-capability coordination across multiple AML-related initiatives, including outsourcing, IGA, service catalogue, fraud, ID&V, reporting of criminal activity and regulatory requirements.\n\nImplementation of AMLA-related changes across business areas and legal entities.\n\nGroup-wide information sharing initiatives, ensuring alignment of business, legal and data-sharing requirements.\n\nData sourcing and integration into central repositories, particularly supporting transaction monitoring capabilities.\n\nCoordination of onboarding process, system and procedural changes.\n\nStakeholder management at senior leadership level across the organisation.\n\nRequirements:\nExtensive experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager or Lead Project Leader.\n\nProven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes.\n\nStrong programme governance, risk management, dependency management and executive reporting experience.\n\nAbility to coordinate multiple workstreams across diverse stakeholders and organisational units.\n\nStrong banking / financial services experience.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and drive delivery outcomes.\n\nAdvanced English.\n\nReadiness to provide a criminal record certificate (KRK).\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience working within AML, KYC, compliance or regulatory programmes -
