You will be part of a broader transformation program focused on aligning an isolated Azure data center with group-wide standards, policies, and security requirements.\nWe are seeking a proactive professional capable of delivering projects end-to-end as the sole PM, operating smoothly across both Waterfall and Agile delivery models to ensure strong governance, stakeholder management, and execution discipline.\nResponsibilities:\nInitiate, plan, and deliver transformation and integration projects in the Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains.\n\nOwn the full project lifecycle, carefully managing scope, plan, budget, risks, and stakeholders.\n\nDeliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the specific project's needs.\n\nApply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance).\n\nRun Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business, and security departments.\n\nEnsure strict alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.\n\nProvide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to key stakeholders.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience working as a sole Project Manager on IT projects (specifically IT transformation and integration projects).\n\nStrong, hands-on experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.\n\nPreferred PMI certification (CAPM or PMP).\n\nSolid understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, including: Azure Cloud Architecture, Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring, Endpoint Protection, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability management, Security baselines, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Network Security.\n\nOutstanding communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in
