You will plan, design and execute tests across complex software systems and work closely with automation testers to secure optimal test coverage. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 110 PLN/h net (B2B)\n\nWork Model: hybrid, 2-3 days per week from the office, full-time (40 h/week)\n\nLocation: Warsaw or Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia)\n\nResponsibilities:\nEnsuring QA activities are efficient and well documented, in line with the latest quality standards\n\nAnalysing and designing new tests (test cases and scenarios)\n\nPlanning and executing tests\n\nReporting defects and managing the full defect lifecycle\n\nRecommending appropriate actions based on test results\n\nWorking with automation testers to secure optimal manual and automated regression coverage\n\nWorking actively with the Scrum team to ensure high delivery quality\n\nRequirements:\nISTQB certification\n\n8+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Agile teams\n\nAbility to drive and support QA activities across the delivery team as an individual contributor\n\nExperience defining, executing and reporting tests for complex software systems\n\nExperience in Web and Mobile testing, including cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g. BrowserStack)\n\nExperience in system testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile)\n\nAPI testing with Postman and Swagger\n\nExperience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar)\n\nPractical experience with Jira and Confluence\n\nStrong attention to detail, quality mindset and problem-solving skills\n\nGood communication skills and comfort working in an international environment\n\nFluent English\n\nNice to have:\nTest automation experience\n\nWorking knowledge of the PEGA platform\n\nWorking knowledge of AI tools\n\nExperience with
