In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality of applications and surrounding ecosystems within the Mortgage domain.\nPlease note: Optiveum acts as the recruitment and contracting party for this position. We will sign the cooperation agreement directly with the chosen candidate.\nWhat you will do:\nEnd-to-End (E2E) Testing: Perform E2E testing of applications and surrounding ecosystems within the Mortgage domain.\n\nTest Design & Execution: Analyze requirements, design comprehensive test scenarios, create detailed test cases, and execute manual functional tests across complete user workflows.\n\nDefect Management: Identify, document, and track defects with detailed reproduction steps; collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues, and perform retesting and regression testing.\n\nRequirements Analysis: Review functional requirements for completeness and testability, participate in refinement sessions, and ensure acceptance criteria are clear.\n\nIntegration Testing: Verify integration points between system components, validate data flow across applications, and test third-party integrations from a functional perspective.\n\nCollaboration & Reporting: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners; participate in Agile ceremonies; communicate test progress and provide testing estimates.\n\nRelease Readiness: Provide test status reports and quality metrics, plan and execute regression tests for each release, and support UAT activities.\n\nMust-have skills:\n10+ years of experience in Software Testing with a strong background in the Mortgages domain.\n\nStrong manual testing skills covering Functional, System & Integration, API, and PEGA testing.\n\nProven End-to-End (E2E) testing experience.\n\nWorking experience in Pega and REST API testing.\n\nGeneral testing knowledge equivalent to the ISTQB Foundation Level.\n\nExperience in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems using test management tools (e.g., qTest, Xray, HP ALM).\n\nPractical experience working in Agile teams using Jira/Confluence.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a proactive \"tester mindset\" (high attention to detail and quality).\n\nAbility to work in an international, cross-country environment.\n\nWillingness to learn and understand new tools and processes.\n\nLanguages: Advanced proficiency in both Polish and English.\n\nNice-to-have:\nISTQB Foundation Level certification.\n\nKnowledge of automated API testing tools (e.g., Postman collections, REST Assured, Cypress, or similar).\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines.\n\nExperience testing microservices-based architectures.\n\nSystem Testing experience for modern UIs (Web/Mobile).","description_format":"text","description_chars":3072,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":10,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Polish","level":"All levels","optional":false},{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Poland","iso":"PL","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T15:00:08Z"}],"liveness":{"score":54,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.542,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":22,"reasons":["conf:10","agency","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-24T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":58000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/optiveum-senior-quality-assurance-tester","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/optiveum-senior-quality-assurance-tester.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-25T02:08:13Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2213,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2787,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-26T00:00:00Z"}}}
