For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nYou will be part of the Home Journey project, covering the full process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. You will work in a diverse, highly international environment with ambitious people, working agile, determined to reach a common goal: meeting the unique needs of customers.\nThe role focuses on executing the test data strategy, building automated solutions, supporting teams daily and ensuring test data is available on demand. You will work closely with testers, developers, DevOps engineers and business analysts to remove one of the largest bottlenecks in testing: obtaining and maintaining trustworthy test data.\nKey Details:\nRate: up to 115 PLN/h net (B2B)\n\nWork Model: hybrid, 3 days a week from the office\n\nLocation: Warsaw, Gdańsk or Gdynia\n\nResponsibilities:\nTest data engineering: create and maintain reusable test data assets, develop automated test data provisioning solutions and build self-service data delivery mechanisms\n\nData masking and compliance: implement masking and anonymization routines, ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies, and validate masked data quality and usability\n\nTest data creation and generation: create synthetic test datasets, generate data for edge cases and negative tests, and maintain business-realistic data combinations\n\nProvisioning: provision test data to non-production environments, refresh and clone test datasets, and support parallel testing across multiple teams\n\nAutomation and CI/CD: integrate test data generation into automation frameworks, enable CI/CD-driven test data provisioning and support automated regression execution\n\nMonitor data availability and quality, and resolve data-related defects and issues\n\nMaintain available test data and document processes, standards and data dependencies\n\nRequirements:\n8+ years of experience in Test Data Management or Test Automation\n\nStrong SQL and relational database knowledge\n\nKnowledge of mainframe systems and setups\n\nExperience with data extraction and transformation, test data generation, data masking, cloning and subsetting\n\nHands-on implementation of TDM solutions\n\nScripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Java or similar)\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins)\n\nExperience supporting automated, integration and E2E testing\n\nExperience working in Agile teams\n\nAdvanced English\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix or Informatica TDM\n\nFinancial services domain knowledge\n\nSynthetic data generation tools and AI-assisted test data creation\n\nAPI testing experience (incl.
