We are currently looking for a Senior Test Data Specialist for our client, a prominent international organization operating in the Nordic financial services market. By joining this project, you will sign a B2B contract directly with Optiveum.\nAbout the project:\nThe project focuses on the \"Home journey\" - the complete process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. You will be part of a diverse, highly international, and agile environment determined to meet the unique needs of the customers.\nWe need Test Data Specialists/Engineers to execute the test data strategy, build automated solutions, support teams daily, and ensure test data is available on demand. You will work closely with testers, developers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts to eliminate one of the largest bottlenecks in testing: obtaining and maintaining trustworthy test data.\nYour responsibilities:\nTest data engineering: creating and maintaining reusable test data assets, developing automated test data provisioning solutions, and building self-service data delivery mechanisms.\n\nData masking and compliance: implementing masking and anonymization routines, ensuring compliance with GDPR, and validating masked data quality.\n\nTest data creation: creating synthetic test datasets, generating test data for edge-cases and negative tests, and maintaining business-realistic data combinations.\n\nProvisioning test data: refreshing and cloning test datasets for non-production environments to support parallel testing.\n\nAutomation integration: integrating test data generation into automation frameworks, enabling CI/CD driven test data provisioning, and supporting automated regression execution.\n\nMonitoring and maintenance: monitoring data availability and quality, resolving data-related defects, and documenting processes and data dependencies.\n\nRequirements:\n8+ years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM) or Test Automation.\n\nStrong SQL and relational database knowledge.\n\nKnowledge of mainframe systems and setups.\n\nHands-on implementation of TDM solutions (data extraction, transformation, generation, masking, cloning, and subsetting).\n\nExperience supporting automated, integration, and E2E testing within Agile teams.\n\nScripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar).\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD processes (Git, Jenkins) and DevOps practices.\n\nAdvanced English proficiency.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix, or Informatica TDM.\n\nFinancial services domain knowledge.\n\nExperience with synthetic data generation tools and API testing.\n\nKnowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms.\n\nAI-assisted test data creation experience.\n\nExperience supporting large-scale E2E customer journey testing.\n\nWe offer:\nB2B agreement directly with Optiveum.\n\nRate up to 110 PLN/h net + VAT.\n\nHybrid work model (3 days a week from the office in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia).\n\nTransparent working conditions and dedicated, ongoing support from the Optiveum team during our cooperation.\n\nThe opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, international environment strongly influenced by Swedish organizational culture.\n\nInterested?
