The project is delivered together with a large international IT services company. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.\nYou will lead frontend work on the bank's core digital customer onboarding platform, which runs end-to-end account opening journeys: automated verification, multi-step applicant scoring and integrations with external risk, compliance and identity providers (e.g. Pega workflows and biometric KYC services).\nKey Details:\nRate: 135-165 PLN/h (B2B), depending on experience\n\nWork Model: 100% remote from Poland, full-time. Occasional travel to Germany is very rare and in almost all cases optional\n\nLocation: you must live in Poland\n\nStart: mid-November / early December 2026\n\nTime off: the client may require up to 10 days of unpaid Mandatory Time Away per year, usually over the Christmas break\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead frontend development of the bank's customer onboarding platform built with Vue.js, Next.js and TypeScript\n\nSet technical direction and code quality standards, and guide other frontend developers\n\nDesign complex, state-driven multi-step forms and asynchronous user journeys\n\nRefactor and improve workflows so they gracefully handle third-party service latency, outages and timeouts\n\nBuild asynchronous fallback and retry mechanisms that remove user-facing errors and keep application state consistent\n\nRequirements:\n8+ years of commercial frontend experience, including senior or lead roles\n\nHands-on commercial experience with both Vue.js and Next.js\n\nStrong TypeScript and JavaScript\n\nA track record of building complex multi-step forms and asynchronous user journeys\n\nFluent English\n\nRecruitment Process:\n2 interviews\n\nThe selected candidate will
