Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and secure web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and TypeScript.\n\n- Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, and related technologies.\n\n- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and cloud-based services across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.\n\n- Implement secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability standards to ensure enterprise-grade application delivery.\n\n- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, and technical solutioning sessions.\n\n- Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, containerization technologies, and automated deployment practices.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across development, testing, and production environments.\n\n- Partner with Quality Engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases through unit testing, integration testing, and defect remediation.\n\n- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting emerging technologies, engineering best practices, and AI-enabled development tools.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.\n\nQualifications & Skills :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 3-6 years of experience in full stack application development.\n\n- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\n- Experience with modern front-end frameworks including React, Angular, and responsive web development.\n\n- Strong experience in Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend development.\n\n- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.\n\n- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.\n\n- Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented design principles, and secure coding standards.\n\n- Experience working in Agile delivery models and collaborating with distributed teams.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications, automation frameworks, or healthcare technology solutions will be an added advantage.\n\nPreferred Experience :\n\n- Enterprise-scale application development.\n\n- Cloud-native architecture and microservices.\n\n- API security, OAuth2, RBAC, and authentication frameworks.\n\n- Healthcare, payer, provider, or data-driven digital
